Scholarship Application 2022

The Gumberry High Ole School Reunion Committee, in conjunction with the L. H. Moseley Scholarship Committee, invite seniors who are descendants of Gumberry High School alumni anywhere in the United States to apply for this scholarship.  The scholarship will provide assistance for a student to attend an accredited private or public (community) college or university.

The L. H. Moseley Scholarship was established in 2006, by the late Gwendolyn Elaine Bell Few, a 1965 Gumberry High School alumni.  She told the reunion committee that it was her way of appreciating the “Family Style” leadership of Mr. Leinster H. Moseley, Sr. exemplified during his tenure from 1952 through 1977 Gumberry High School.

Seniors have the option of submitting completed application and essay on-line by downloading below and emailing; however, head shot, certified transcript and recommendation letter, should be mailed.

The L. H. Moseley Scholarship Committee will select one (1) individual to receive a $1,200.00 award.
